A further easing of restrictions and conditions will take place at the Bowral Central Library following the successful reopening of the facility in June.

Council's Chief Information Officer John Crawford said as of July 1 restrictions on the number of persons and time spent within the library would be further relaxed.
"As of Wednesday July 1, up to 30 patrons will be able to visit the library at any one time," he said.
"Visitors will also be welcome to browse for up to an hour per day."
Other changes include opening several PC's, printers and photocopiers for public use.
A limited number of tables and chairs will also be provided for study purposes. The library toilets will also reopen on July 1.
The dedicated opening hours for vulnerable patrons will remain from 9.30am to 11am with general access to follow from 11am to 5pm.
Mr Crawford said the easing of further restrictions was in-line with NSW Public Health Safety Guidelines.
"While we're slowly opening more facilities and services for public use, the health and well-being of our patrons and staff remains our number one priority," Mr Crawford stressed.
"That means our current cleaning schedule will remain unchanged and we'll also continue to ask guests to use the hand sanitisers provided."
Contact details of patrons will still be recorded on entry to the facility and all book returns are to be made via the library chute. Books returned will remain isolated for 24 hours before being returned to the catalogue.
The Mittagong Library and Mobile Library services remain closed however Mr Crawford was confident these too would soon reopen.
"We've been able to reopen more services within Bowral Library as a result of the cooperation of our patrons," he said.
"It's through their understanding and patience that we're slowly able to return services to normal."
