Police detected drivers at allegedly more than twice the legal limit at Moss Vale and Gundaroo near Yass on Friday night.
The pattern continued on Sunday, as another man was detected in Mittagong driving with high range levels of alcohol just after 2am.
A second man was stopped in Yass just after midday on Sunday, with a reading that was allegedly more than five times the legal limit.
All drivers were male, aged between 23 and 56 years of age.
All drivers have had their licences suspended and were given court attendance notices.
