Barnardos Australia
Offering a family referral service to those with children under 18 years. Barnardos can connect you with financial assistance, counselling services, child and parenting programs and housing and accommodation providers. Contact 02 4275 8570.
Highlands Community Centre
Located in Bowral CBD, HCC can help with referrals to all sorts of other organisations. They also assist with financial support, programs to get going post your domestic violence experience and a variety of early intervention initiatives. Contact 02 4862 1122.
She Counselling
If you're a female over the age of 18 you can also reach out for support via the contacts below. She Counselling offers one-on-one emotional support and mentoring for women wishing to break free from abuse.
Southern Highlands Police
The Domestic Violence Liaison Officer can help with information relating to many facets of domestic violence. You can reach her on 02 4868 2222.
YWCA Wingecarribee Family Abuse Prevention
YWCA Australia provides an early intervention program supporting women with children 12 years and under. Services offered include advice and referral and family assessment/case management. YWCA has a particular focus on the experiences of children. Contact 0490 434 007.
