However, they are seeking more volunteer support to assist with the plans.
Brigadoon was unable to be held in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.
The cancellation this year has made the organisers more determined than ever to ensure the event happens in 2021.

It will be 44th year that the southern village of Bundanoon will be transformed into Brigadoon for the Scottish celebration.
In an effort to kicks start the plans with gusto, the organising committee is currently seeking some new volunteers.
Committee publicity officer Alaistair Saunders said the committee was keen to fill several roles which had become vacated.
He said the aim was to get new people on board so they could "learn the ropes" before plans for the 2021 celebration began in earnest.
Among the positions available are:
- Stalls co-ordinator - Ideally this would suit a couple or two friends
- Arena co-ordinator - to co-ordinate the oval activities with overall control of the day's events
- Games co-ordinator - Ideally this would suit a couple or two friends
- Fiddlers' tent supervisor - Set up andlLiaison with performers during the day at the Fiddlers' Tent
- General committee members - to back up and assist portfolio holders
Mr Saunders said that those who had previously held these positions had created a guideline for what was required in each role.
He said that while this could be helpful it was not locked in and volunteers were welcome to alter processes to best suit them.
Mr Saunders said that the outline of each role was available upon request.
"This is a community event for the community," he said.
"Since 1982 we have dispersed about $1.4million back into the community.
"This money goes to the volunteer organisations that assist Brigadoon - the people that work to make Brigadoon the success it is."
