These are some of the initiatives in place by Wingecarribee Shire Council to support the community on the economic road to recovery.
The provision of fee reduction for all outdoor dining areas, materials on footpaths and environment and health inspections kicked in from April 1 and will remain in place for six months.

Council has also given assurances that local businesses receive "10 per cent weighted preference" for upcoming infrastructure projects.
A council spokesperson said rate deferral was available to all property owners who had lost employment or been stood down due to the Federal Government's enforced business closures.
They said this change would be in place for six months with a three month repayment period provided.
"Our hardship policy will allow us to look situations on case-by-case basis," they said.
Similar option is available to support Highlands businesses through their economic recovery.
The council spokesperson said that the introduction of a Financial Support Package included the option to defer rates for all business-rated properties for the next six months starting from April 1.
"This will apply where the property owner runs a business from the premise or provides a rent deferral period for business tenants," they said.
The removal of all interest charges on overdue rates and charges (including water and sewer) will apply for a period of 12 months commencing April 1.
The spokesperson said there would be a provision of rental subsidy for six months for council-owned properties, which were occupied by a small business or organisation impacted by the Federal Government's enforced business closures.
Provision of fee reduction for all outdoor dining areas, materials on footpaths and environment and health inspections commencing April 1 will also be in place for a period of six months.
The spokesperson said council would suspend all existing debt recovery actions on outstanding rates and charges until the pandemic has passed.
"In addition it will ensure local suppliers are paid within seven days," the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson said that all scheduled works including major capital works programs undertaken by council were expected to continue as scheduled.
Meanwhile, local businesses would receive a 10 per cent weighted preference on all tenders for contracted works with council.
