Police officers saw several trailbike riders in Lee Street, Mittagong at 4.45pm on Saturday, April 4, when they saw a stalled motorbike in bushland near Ironmines Oval.
When officers approached the rider, the 25-year-old attempted to kick-start his bike.

Police spoke to the 25-year-old man from Bowral and asked him for his rider's licence.
Police alleged the man was disqualified from driving until 2023, his bike was unregistered and the man had a small amount of cannabis on him.
He was charged with drive whilst disqualified and possess prohibited drug.
The man was arrested and taken back to Southern Highlands Police Station.
He will appear in Moss Vale Local Court on Tuesday, June 16.
