Two words that have certainly become something of an understatement for many of us in a time of self isolation.
And that is why the importance of being active cannot be overstated.
The Shed co-owners Harry Carlon and Henry Yuill have urged everyone at home to continue to do some form of exercise while cooped up inside.
"I think for most people in today's society, they do call upon exercise for more than [in the past]. It serves as a great way to improve strength and fitness, it teaches us how the body works and can often push us to our limit," they said.
"Equally importantly, the huge effect it has on managing or even improving one's mental health speaks volumes too. In this current crisis, we couldn't emphasise the importance of regular exercise more now."
Yuill said while the current restrictions limited people from doing their regular workouts, it was also an opportunity to go outside their comfort zones and try something new.
"For example I'm not a natural runner by any means, but I've been running more and more, and I feel great for doing it," he said.
"We encourage everyone to make the most of their time. Get outside- go for a walk, go for a run, do some intervals. Find some space and utilise the movements our body is functionally designed for; squats, lunges, push-up, burpees. You won't regret it."
