In a time of COVID-19 and social distancing, ReFrame is reaching out online.

ReFrame walk-ins can now walk-in online on the Zoom platform, where groups and regular events will run each day.
Appointments with clinicians and youth engagement workers can be done online via a video conference and phone call but individual appointments from a safe distance is still available for those who prefer it.
GP's at ReFrame have also begun to see patients via telehealth appointments on the Zoom platform.
A spokesperson for ReFrame said that programs would carry on as normal and that buildings were staffed according to federal health department guidelines.
"Given that distance and transport are real barriers for our young people, this move to online has a lot of benefits and creates a lot of new opportunities," they said.
"Our ReFrame walk-in has transitioned to a virtual walk-in on the Zoom platform.
"We will be running regular events each day on the site as well as groups such as music, art therapy and life skills programs. We are also running all of our regular groups online, including our LGBTQIA+ groups and events, music groups and a new Life Skills program."
The program runs Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm and includes:
- 10 am Mindfulness mornings
- 12:30 pm Lunch with friends
- 3 pm Fun and Games
- 4 pm Monday - music therapy
- 4 pm Tuesday - LGBTQIA+ and rainbow afternoon
- 4 pm Wednesday - social space
- 4 pm Thursday - life skills
- 5 pm - 7 pm Last Friday of every month - LGBTQIA+ online night

ReFrame is a youth mental health program in the Wingecarribee Shire aimed at helping youth between the ages of 12 to 25 who are having a tough time.
