She's the Highland Storm's powerful weapon.
And if the coronavirus was a physical person, she'd put her head down and take it down on the pitch.
18 year old Emily Bindley doesn't shy away from contact and she loves playing her position. If the COVID-19 was out on the pitch, look out.
"I play the big old front rower, but could definitely be a potential fullback," Bindley said.
"I'm sick of the cornoavirus. Let's just say if if it was a person I'd run straight at it!"
But while Bindley does have some time off, she's obviously handling the heat in the kitchen as the old saying goes.
"To keep fit I'm just doing a few hot laps around the kitchen!," Bindley said.
"But I can't wait to see the whole Storm squad. I'm missing them the most."
Bindley looks up to an insperational athlete who's time was cut short by a tragic spinal injury.
" I look up to Alex McKinnon," Bindley said.
"He is someone who has it tough, but still powers-on and backs himself and is willing to put in the hard yards for what he loves."
