Sydneysiders are seeking properties to rent in the Southern Highlands, in order to relocate from the city and gain more space in a time of social distancing.
Meanwhile a growing reliance on video calling means it's business as usual for property inspections.

Duncan Hill Property principal Duncan Hill said rental property enquiries had increased recently.
"Last week, enquiries were increasing, largely from Sydney," Mr Hill said.
"There are at least six or seven prospective tenants looking to secure properties."
Mr Hill said most people contacted his office with serious enquiries in the past few weeks.
McGrath Bowral principal Anne Stone said clients wanted more space, due to COVID-19 restrictions.
"Enquiries have increased, in terms of people wanting to come to area," Mrs Stone said.
"I was talking to client, they're in Bondi and they can't go down the beach."
Mrs Stone said her clients embraced video calling for property inspections.
"It's an inexpensive way to do it and it allows a bit more flexibility," she said.
"Last Sunday I did more appointments than I did on a Saturday. People are very open to it."
Meanwhile Mr Hill said he anticipated an increase in market activity once COVID-19 restrictions lifted.'
"Once we're through the COVID-19 period, the market will most likely increase," he said.
"Home owners should prepare their house if they're thinking of coming to the market to spring."
Both real estate professionals said there has also been an increase in off-market activity, where for sale properties were not advertised publicly.
Under new restrictions, Australians legally have to stay in their homes, unless they have a reasonable excuse for leaving.
Movement is allowed for the purpose of moving into a new home or inspecting a potential new home.
Authorities have encouraged people to stay in their areas, to limit the spread of COVID-19.
This is particularly the case for those living in cities with holiday homes in regional and rural areas.
