With many struggling due to the coronavirus outbreak, Highlands PT Jaime Bow is looking to keep the community fighting fit.
Holding classes at an iconic oval, Ms Bow is taking the pandemic seriously but wants people to have fun and forget the world's problems for a while.
"We're all struggling at the moment," Ms Bow said.
"I'm working on a day-to-day basis, which I currently have to. I'm taking classes at Bradman Oval currently.
"The way we're able to move forward at the moment is to hold classes with a maximum of ten people.
"There's no equipment and social-distancing is a must.
"All of our businesses have taken a massive hit.
"But my major goal is to continue to help both my community and the people of the Southern Highlands.
"Keeping them active and prioritising people who have taken huge hits with their jobs and incomes."
Knowing a lot of people are struggling at the moment in the Southern Highlands, Ms Bow has really stepped up to ensure she can help people.
"I essentially try to run a few classes a day," Ms Bow said.
"They'll all be held at Bradman Oval and hopefully they'll keep people in some sort of order.
"I want to keep people in high-spirits, so I have subsidised the costs of the classes. Everyone is not as financially secure at the moment as they may have once been.
"Keeping everyone fit, healthy and happy right now is my main goal."
