The meeting will be held in the Moss Vale Civic Centre theatrette at 3:30 pm and will be live streamed on Facebook.
A mayoral minute will be held to discuss permission for backyard burning in bushfire affected villages, deliveries to supermarkets and food retailers and to put in place temporary arrangements for acceptance or rejection of council tenders and to confirm the cancellation of the scheduled Council meetings in April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Also to be discussed at the council meeting is the Station Street upgrade.
A report will provide an update on the progress of the Station Street upgrade project and to present the outstanding matters requiring Council approval to progress the works to tender phase.
Councillors will also discuss a development application in relation to a multi-dwelling housing containing seven units at 25 Oxley Drive Bowral. The matter was deferred to allow the applicant to address the issues raised by the objectors. Changes to the design have been made.
A development application for Bendooley Estate will be put before councillors to discuss. The applications seeks approval for the construction of an accommodation lodge, restaurant and meeting room building, secular meeting place, housekeeping facility with associated carparking, landscaping and services.
