The closure affects Council's Bowral and Mittagong public libraries and the ROADS Mobile Library service.
This is effective as of Tuesday, March 24 and will remain in force until further notice.

This decision follows the Federal Government's new crowd restrictions limiting the number of people in enclosed spaces.
Books due to be returned should be held at home until normal operations resume. No fines or fees will be incurred.
Staff of Wingecarribee Shire Council's libraries thank patrons in advance for their understanding and cooperation and apologise for the temporary inconvenience.

Users are reminded of Council's range of electronic e-books and e-audiobooks available via its BorrowBox service.
