Police stopped a 1999 Toyota Hilux on Woodbine Street, Bowral and gave the driver a mobile random breath test on Saturday, March 21 just after 10.30pm.
The 49-year-old Bowral man returned a positive reading.
The Bowral man was given a breath analysis at the station, which a returned a reading of 0.114.
The man had his license suspended before being issued a future court attendance notice for mid range PCA, and will now appear in Moss Vale Local Court at a later date.
"This latest charge reinforces the commitment by police from the Hume Police District to target drink drivers," a police spokesman said.
"While you may no see the traditional random breath testing sites, do expect to be stopped for a mobile breath test."
