Stephen Della, Kevin Stafford, Dougald Braithwaite and Mick Spong defeated Ted McPhee, Chris Forrester Dennis Beatty and Ashley Lewis 22-13.
This first half very tight with team Spong leading 12-9 before they powered away for a convincing win.
Noel Fraser, Tom Degreenlaw, Chris Barrit-eyles and Mick Armstrong defeated Carl Spilker, Nathan Boyers Paul Leverett, Josh Woodcock 22-11.
Team Armstrong had a 10-5 lead after 11 ends then team woodcock was able to generate some great shots to be down 11-8 after 15 ends.
Team Armstrong had the best bowls in the head after that to come away with a strong win.
Bob Crowley, Graham Hunt, Oscar Wahlin, Dave Coltman defeated Reta South, David Bateup, Dave Riddell Robin Staples 21-14.
Team Coltman just in front after 11 ends 10-8 and the most balanced team in the second half to run out winners by seven shots.
Rick Reynolds, Tony Oakes, Mick Flynn and Don Chapman defeated Brian Payne, Richard Denman, Brian Porter and Bob Edwards 29-16.
After 11 ends team Chapman in total control leading 17-6 with all players in great form.
Team Edwards put in a powerful display in the second half but still came up short.
John Edmonds, Peter Morales, Owen Williams and Bill Meredith defeated Kel Limbrick, Viv Gear, Peter Lesueur and Mike Holmwood 27-14.
Team Meredith quickly away at the start and had a good lead 16-4 after 11 ends.
The second half both teams removing bowls out of the head which was good practice with team Meredith running out eight shot winners.
