The outages, which started on Sunday morning, have affected 689 people in Hill Top and Colo Vale.
Endeavour Energy crews are working to fix the problem and expect the power to resume by 1.30pm on Sunday.
The power outages were not a planned service interruption.
The outages are believed to be weather-related.
According to Endeavour Energy, Colo Vale residents in Wilson Drive have lost power.
Meanwhile the following streets in Hill Top have been affected: Banksia St, Bertha St, Boronia Ave, Bulfins Pl, Callistemon Ave, Casuarina St, Chalker Pde, Coates Rd, Cumberteen St, Darlington Dr, Denison St, Dominica Pl, Dora St, Elizabeth Way, Ella St, Emily St, Foreman Rd and Fulvia St.
Power is also affected in Government Rd, Grandview Pde, Harold St, James St, Jane St, London Way, Lyrebird Cl, Melaleuca St, Namoi St, Pearce St, Rocky Waterholes Rd, Samuel St, Serrata St, Sharnee Cl, Stanley St, Starlight Pl, Stella St, Telopea Rd, Wattle Ridge Rd, Wattle St, West Pde and Wilson Dr.
Endeavour Energy crews have also been dispatched to several smaller jobs, including Alfreda Street in Bowral.
High winds, lightning, storms, bushfires, car accidents, trees and branches falling onto powerlines, or equipment failure might disrupt power without warning.
If you are out and about when an outage occurs, stay clear of any fallen power lines and always assume they are live.
