The NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (NSWDPIE) has a planning proposal to add a new heritage item in Aitken Road, Bowral.
The proposed heritage item includes 25-27 Aitken Road (known as 'Glenfarne'), 33-37 Aitken Road (known as 'Grantham') and 39-41 Aitken Road (known as 'Barkfold').
The proposed heritage conservation area comprises of 12-30 and 25-43 Aitken Road as well as 56, 58 and 60 Kangaloon Road, Bowral and is to be called the Aitken Road Conservation Area.
The proposal is now to be exhibited in accordance with the NSWDPIE Gateway requirements and submissions are sought from the community.
The planning proposal is on public exhibition for a period of 31 days until February 14.
The planning proposal and associated documents may be inspected at council's customer service counter, Civic Centre, 68 Elizabeth Street, Moss Vale NSW 2577, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday during each week of the exhibition period.

Written submissions to the planning proposal may be completed online using the link provided above, hand delivered to the Civic Centre at the address provided above, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or posted to Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141, Moss Vale NSW 2577.
Only written submissions can be considered and, although they may be viewed by a third party, all identifying features are removed beforehand.
All submissions must be received before 4.30pm on February 14.
