The members and guests all made donations to be part of the special crossfit workout, which included bar and dumbbell work, box jumps, sled drags, burpees, lunges, pushups and toes to bar.
Benton Gym owners Ben and Lizzy Garard said the funds raised at the event were immediately handed over to the local Alpine/Aylmerton Rural Fire Brigade.
"Our great community at Benton Gym is always keen to get together and help make a positive difference when needed and on this occasion we worked out as a team to raise more money for our amazing local firefighters who help protect us all, especially during the current crisis," said Lizzy Garard.
"The strong community spirit at the gym was palpable during the event. We are grateful to all our members of all ages and abilities who contributed to our fundraising."
