Official T20 World Cup Trophy Tour
January 10 from 9am to 3pm at the Bradman Museum and International Cricket Hall of Fame, Saint Jude Street, Bowral.
It's travelled the world to get here, and it's about to tour the nation. Join thousands of fans on iconic Bradman Oval Bowral this weekend as the official ICC T20 Trophy Tour visits the childhood home-ground of Don Bradman. The Official Trophy Tour - powered by Nissan - will be on display at the Bradman Centre between 9am to 3pm, on January 10. You can get your picture with the real T20 trophies. The Trophy Tour coincides with Kids Free Day at Bradman - a free day of activities inside and on the oval for all kids. Free all-day museum entry for the kids with bonus activities inside the museum with the curator, and loads of modified cricket activities on the oval with the Bradman Centre coach. All free, fully supervised and super fun.
Jazz in the Highlands
January 11 from 2pm to 5pm at the Mittagong Hotel, Main Street, Mittagong.
An afternoon of live traditional jazz/swing music in a friendly and casual atmosphere featuring The Jive Bombers is sure to be a hit. A delicious Mexican cantina will be open all afternoon for light meals and snacks to suit all tastes. Entry is $10 at door all are welcome - no bookings necessary. The event is held on the second Saturday of the month and will feature a different band each month.
Twilight at Centennial Vineyard Cellar Door
Every Friday from 3pm until February 1 at 252 Centennial Road, Bowral.
This warm weather calls for knock-off drinks and cheese platters after work. Head to Centennial Vineyard on Friday afternoons at the cellar door to watch the sun go down with one of the Highlands' best views. Wine is available by the glass with cheese and antipasto boards to share. Bookings required for large groups.
