The meeting will be held at Mittagong RSL Club at 7pm on Monday, December 30.
The evening is for residents of Mittagong, Welby, Alpine, Aylmerton, Braemar, Willow Vale, Balaclava and Mt Gibraltar.
Based on attendance numbers at previous community meetings in Bundanoon and Wingello, organisers are expecting the venue to be at capacity.
The meeting will be live streamed on the RFS Southern Highlands Team Facebook page for those that can not attend.
