Former Moss Vale resident Caleb Ewen has been awarded the Sir Hubert Opperman Medal as the Cyclist of the Year.

The announcment followed the Cycling Australia annual awards reception in Brisbane. Caleb took to Twitter to express his thanks for the award.
"[It's] such an honour to win this award," he said.
Caleb has had a stellar 2019 year with several stage wins on the cycling circuit.
