Officers from the Hume Police District received numerous reports of several break-ins and steal from motor vehicles in the Berrima area on Thursday, November 28.
Following inquiries, officers attended Bowral Hospital and arrested a 22-year-old man, about 8am on Friday, November 29.
The McKellar (ACT) man was taken to Southern Highlands Police Station where he was charged with 14 offences.
The charges include drive conveyance taken without consent of owner, drive motor vehicle during disqualification period, larceny (x8), break & enter house destroy property, break and enter dwelling -house with intent, break enter and steal and aggravated break and enter to commit serious indictable offence-people there.
He was refused bail to appear at Goulburn Local Court on Saturday, November 30.
