Birthday celebrations for ReFrame will commence on December 1 until December 6, with a range of events and guest appearances for everyone including patron Ben Quilty for an art exhibition and youth ambassasdor Lachlan Mineeff.
ReFrame allows youth between the ages of 12 and 25 across the shire easier access to mental health services.
Community engagement manager Larry Whipper who has been involved with ReFrame from the start said that the program has broken the ice.
"We've had 224 referrals in the last 12 months," he said.
"It's a testimony to the need of youth mental health services in the Highlands."
Clinical director Martin Lumetzberger said that ReFrame experienced four to five hundred a walk-ins per month.
"Staff are here from 8:30 am - 6 pm, anyone can walk in," he said.
To kick off the birthday celebrations, there will be an art exhibition to be opened by Ben Quilty on December 2. The art exhibition will feature art work from the youth of the Highlands, in any medium and style.
The full program includes an Art Exhibition with Ben Quilty on December 2, a pool competition with prizes on December 3, a visit from Lachlan Mineeff on December 4, a poetry slam on December 5 and an open mic jam session on December 6. All events will be held between 4 - 6 pm at 5 Wingecarribee Street, Bowral.
