The coveted award looks beyond product taste, delving into a company's entire production cycle including its financial, environmental ans social impact.
Selected from more than 90 Sydney Royal Champions awarded throughout the year, finalists have been judged against 5000 entrants in total.
Sydney Royal President's Medal chair Lachlan Bowtell said it was an honour to get to know some of the most dedicated producers in Australia and see how they shape the industry.
"The President's Medal is a true testament to great Australian quality. It goes beyond taste, delving into a company's overall financial, social and environmental integrity," he said.
The winner will be announced on April 8 2020 during the Sydney Royal Easter Show. The winner will take home a $10,000 cash prize.
