The Southern Highlands Symphony Orchestra will conclude its hugely successful 2019 performance year with a true celebration of the wealth of talent to be found in the Southern Highlands.
Join highly acclaimed Southern Highlands author, composer and ABC Music Show host Andrew Ford and well known local pianist Lisa Kawai.
Big Bang, a composition in memory of Richard Gill and written by Andrew Ford will open the series 4 program. The performance will also by conducted by Andrew Ford.
Lisa Kawai will play the virtuosic and beautiful Piano Concerto No.2 by Rachmaninov voted as one of the 100 most- loved pieces of classical music.
The dancers from A and L Academie de Danse will again enchant the audience with Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite and the orchestra will celebrate the coming of the festive season with Leroy Anderson's A Christmas Festival.
The performance will be held over two days on November 30 at 7:30 pm and December 1 at 2:30 pm. It will be held at Bowral Memorial Hall.
