They have undergone five kidney transplants between them.
To help save lives this remarkable family have urged people to get behind Rodeo 4 Life, Australia's richest bull ride extravaganza and country music arena spectacular to help fund vital research at the RPA Transplant Institute.
Peter Murko who received his most recent life-saving kidney transplant at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA) in 2018 was hopeful the event would raise enough funds to ensure the transplant institute could pursue its critical world-first research that would lead to saving more lives than ever before.
On November 30 Rodeo 4 Life will explode in an action-packed arena spectacular at WIN Entertainment Centre, Wollongong with 100 per cent of profits directed to essential life-saving organ transplant research.
This will help increase life-saving transplants for people like 44-year-old Peter and his 10-year-old daughter Lorelei.
This one-night-only arena spectacular will star Australian country music legend and seven-time Golden Guitar winner Travis Collins and, some of Australia's toughest bull riding champions.
No family knows more about the importance of supporting life-changing organ transplants than the Murko family.

Peter has undergone three kidney transplants between 1983 and 2018.
In 2018, at just nine years-of-age Lorelei received a kidney transplant.
Today, after five organ transplants the Murko family are all doing well and are extremely hopeful that the funds raised from Rodeo 4 Life will enable other individuals and families to benefit from the ground-breaking research conducted by the RPA Transplant Institute with more and more Australians receiving their gift of life.
"While my journey has been filled with hardship and heartache, I'm proud to be a transplant recipient and I will continue to fight hard to honour the people who have saved my life and my daughters' life and to encourage the community to support the life-saving work of the RPA Transplant Institute, " Mr Murko said.
"I hope people will join me in supporting this unique special event and together we can help RPA give more people like me, the chance to live."
