The program is an initiative of the Rotary Club of Moss Vale which has been delivered to Year 11 students from Highlands schools for the past 20 years.
It is intended to educate soon-to-be drivers on the dangers of the road and driving with delivery of the program also supported by other Highlands Rotary clubs, Volwing, and the IMB as well as Innerwheel and Probus clubs.

Students take part in a variety of educational stations involving input from emergency services, people who have survived vehicle crashes and driver training specialists.
The program is held over several days each year with some Highlands students honing their driver knowledge in late August, while Chevalier College students attended a training day on October 30.
