The Working Wonders program was designed to build confidence in people's abilities and promote active learning and achievable goals.
Working Wonders participants have focused on enhancing their numeracy, literacy, communication and life skills. As a result of their achievements some of the participants have commenced work experience and gained paid employment. The aim of the program was to assist people to not only gain employment in the future, but to set them up to succeed. It is tailored to each individuals needs with support staff allocated accordingly.

Interchange will partner with Moss Vale TAFE and offer a Cert II in Hospitality from February 2020.
This qualification will provide a pathway to work in various hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.
Possible jobs include:
- Bar attendant
- Café attendant
- Catering assistant
- Food and beverage attendant
- Front office assistant
- Porter
- Room attendant
