Hill Top Public School will host the Starlight Fun Fair this Friday.
Markets, stalls, food and fete games for both children and adults alike are sure to be a treat.
Inflatable rides and games including a cliffhanger slide, obstacle course, mechanical surfboard, jumping castle and even axe throwing will be on offer.
Attendees will be blown away by internationally acclaimed singer Shauna Jensen at 6:30pm.
Ms Jensen has sung in places as far and wide as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, London and Rome. She has toured with rock legends Jimmy Barnes, Noiseworks, Cold Chisel and Richard Clapto. Currently the artist is appearing as one of the judges in Network Seven's All Together Now.
The performance will be followed by an outdoor screening of the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory film at 7:30pm.
Fun activities will include:
- Food and drink: hot dogs, donuts, twisted chips, nachos, pies, sausage rolls, cupcakes, ice cream, strawberries and more.
- Fete games: Gold coin entry, egg and spoon race, turkey toss, tug-o-war. And adult tug-o-war game will also he held. $10 team entry (maximum team of 5) with the winners taking home more than $200 in prizes.
- Stalls: book stall, show bags, face painting, makeup, gift ware, candles, jewellery, Tupperware, health information, picnic blankets and more.
The fair will be an alcohol and pet free event.
The Starlight Fun Fair will open at 5pm on November 1 at Hilltop Public School. Entry is free.
