With more than 100 artists gathering in 46 studios across the region, the Trail offers something for every artistic interest.
Art lovers won't want to miss the chance to meet the artists in their studios, see where they create their work and buy direct from the studio door.
Painting, sculpture, bookbinding, printing, woodwork, jewellery, textiles, photography, drawing, botanical art, ceramics and more will feature on the Artist Trail.
Special guest Ben Quilty will open the event on November 1 along with ORPHIC, The SHAC's exciting new exhibition by painter Maria Gorton and resident sculptor Brooke Munro.
More than 350 people are expected to attend the celebrations, with art demonstrations, live portraits and entertainment for the evening.
The Artist Trail was established more than 15 years ago and occurs each year in the first and second weekend of November.
Cultural development officer for Wingecarribee Shire Council Erin Adams said this year would be the biggest year yet for the Artist Trail.
"It's shaping up to be an amazing trail this year," she said.
"We have 15 new studios join the Artists Trail, with 46 studios open and more than 100 artists participating."
One of the studios on the Artist Trail is MC Studio in Colo Vale which will feature Martial Cosyn, Max Ameria and Susan Williams.
Also featured on the Artist Trail is BDAS in Bowral, which will exhibit works by Tracy Miller, Sue Meredith and Tony Deigan and their students. The exhibition will feature a variety of media on display, which will range from acrylic, mixed media, charcoal, and a variety of forms of printmaking.
There will also be a number of studios dedicated to sculptures, print making, wood carving and jewellery and wearable art on the Artist Trail.
A current map of the Artist Trail with all 46 art studios is available.
All studios that are involved will be open between 10 am - 5 pm with artists covering Mittagong, Bowral, Moss Vale, Burradoo, Robertson and many more villages across the Highlands.
The event begins at 5:30 pm and finishes at 7 pm with official opening by Ben Quilty at 6 pm.
A new website for the Artist Trail and upcoming art events will be available in the upcoming weeks.
