This unusual mix of pink and white blossoms on a single tree captured the keen photographic eye of Jeanette Newberry.
The sight of blossoming trees is apart of the spring time appeal in the Southern Highlands. Usually a tree is covered in flowers of a single colour, but this quirky vision in Bowral has bucked the the norm with a mix of pink and white blooms.

Keen photographer Jeanette Newberry was intrigued by the anomoly and snapped this picture to share with others.
Apparently this can occur when a tree such as a cherry blossom grows a shoot off the main trunk under the graft site, resulting in a branch of native cherry, which is mostly white.
