Artists Karon Sacks and Gail Newell will exhibit at the Robertson Gallery from October 24 to November 17.
Ms Newell has been passionate about watercolour for more than 15 years. Her work is varied in size and style but all paintings display a free handed brushwork approach and bright colour combinations. The artist has recently added mixed media, particularly, collage, to add a new dimension to her eclectic artwork.
Ms Sacks creative inspiration and passion has always been derived from nature. Her delicate and intricate drawings using ink, watercolour and acrylics are of fauna and flora subjects. These are influenced by the colours and wildlife of the Great Barrier Reef, the tropics and Africa.
The official opening of the Passionate 4 Art Exhibition will commence from 2pm on October 26 at the Robertson Community Technology Centre at 58-60 Hoddle Street, Robertson.
The exhibition will be open 10am to 4pm Thursday to Saturday.
