A truck caught fire this morning just after 5 am on the Hume Highway, just past Sallys Corner Road in a southbound direction. The driver pulled over near the Hanging Rock Road turn off. One lane has bee closed however there are no traffic delays. The rear wheels caught on fire and spread to the adjoining bush land. Fire and Rescue and Rural Fire Service have attended the scene. Clean up is underway, with the truck waiting for a heavy tow vehicle. Motorists are advised to exercise caution with the speed limit at 60 km per hour through the area.
