- The council will consider a development application for a multi-dwelling housing project at 51-53 Kirkham Street, Moss Vale. The proposed development involves the demolition of an existing building and the construction of nine single-storey dwellings. The application involves a significant departure from the council's landscaping policy and is recommended for refusal.
- Approval will be sought to enter into a licence agreement with Water NSW for a new Fitzroy Falls fire station. Permission to use land, owned by Water NSW, is required for the construction, maintenance and operation of a rural fire station at 280 Wildes Meadow Road, Wildes Meadow.
- Councillor Larry Whipper has put forward his intention to move a motion relating to climate change. The motion - that the council acknowledge the increased likelihood of bushfires, storms, drought and floods, formally declare a climate change emergency, develop an emergency plan and give support to the student climate strike on September 20 - will be debated in the meeting.
