The meeting will be held at Moss Vale Civic Centre and is open to the public.
Council will livestream the meeting on its Facebook page.
- The council will be presented with a report that will review a refused development application for a proposed boarding house at two Walker Street in Bowral. The development application was refused as the boarding house was deemed to not be in a accessible location and was not in character with the surrounding area.
- A resolution from councillors will be sought to exhibit draft seniors housing provisions. The provisions will amend the township and villages development control plans. The report seeks to extend provisions for seniors housing to all villages and to update the introduction to those provisions to correctly reference the state environmental planning policy.
- The council will consider a heritage assessment of 102-104 Old Wingello Road in Bundanoon. The property is currently protected under an interim heritage order.
- Councillors Turland, Whipper and Halstead have given notice that they would like to rescind a motion passed on June 26. If the motion to sell the lots at 10 Mittagong Road via open tender is rescinded they will move to hold a briefing session to provide options including selling, leasing, and other ventures.
