Thirty Moss Vale High School students have completed a project to let girls know they're enough.
As a part of PDHPE class, students painted affirmations on the walls, decorated the area with plants and paintings, and filled baskets with free sanitary products and toiletries.
Year nine student Grace Clay said the PDHPE students wanted the bathrooms to feel like "a safe haven".
"We know a lot of girls come to the bathroom when they're feeling sad as a hiding place," she said. "We really need to start building each other up."
PDHPE teacher Tenille Leet said the project was a part of unit on mental health and body image.
"The girls were very hands-on with the project," she said.
