Data has revealed median house price for June 2019 quarter was $752,500, according to Domain Group's latest House Price Report.
This represented a decrease of 3.5 per cent in the past year, as the median house price in June 2018 was $780,000.
Here's what you can get for this quarter's median price across the shire's towns and villages:
Bowral:
- For between $695,000 to $750,000 you can get a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with room for cars at 5/15-17 Sheffield Road. The villa is located moments from Bowral's cafe scene, Bradman Oval and Bowral and District Hospital. The property is being sold through Raine & Horne Bowral.
- If you're willing to pay above the median price, 60 Emily Circuit in Bowral might be for you. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom house is close to transport and the Bowral CBD. The house has an asking price of $799,000 to $830,000.
Mittagong:
- For just under the median price at $725,000, a four-bedroom, one-bathroom house is for sale at 56 Old Hume Highway, Mittagong. The house includes an open plan kitchen/dining area and a separate living area. The house is being sold through Margaret McAuley Real Estate.
- With a short walk to town in an established Mittagong location, 15 Oxford Street could be your ideal property. The house is on the market through Century 21 for $699,000, with three bedrooms, a study, a formal lounge and dining area and two bathrooms. The land offers plenty of potential for a granny flat, shed or extensions.
Moss Vale:
- A just-completed four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is on the market for between $695,000 and $760,000 at 64 Broughton Street, Moss Vale. The house offers an open plan kitchen as well as spacious a dining and living area. The house is being sold by Raine and Horne.
Wingello:
- A four-bedroom, two-bathroom family home on half an acre is available for $575,000 through First National Real Estate Moss Vale and Highlands Rural Real Estate. The house, located at 14 Garbutts Road, is a comfortable walk from the Wingello Village Store and Cafe, school and train station.

Aylmerton:
- Village living, close to town can be yours if you purchase 19 Station Street, Aylmerton for $745,000 through Century 21 Real Estate. Braemar:

Robertson:

Northern Villages:
- If you want a spacious home well under the Wingecarribee Shire's median house price, take a look at 25 Wattle Street in Colo Vale. The three-bedroom, one bathroom house offers an open-plan lounge and dining space for $550,000. The house also has solar panels for energy efficiency.
- If you're looking for a northern village lifestyle, 112 Wilson Drive, Hill Top could be for you. The four-bedroom, one bathroom house has an asking price of $490,000 to $529,000. Relax on the substantial alfresco deck, taking in the sights and sounds of nature.
