In 2018 Belle Property Bowral donated close to $1600 from the sale of the winning painting to Rural Aid "Buy a Bale".
The donation enabled 10 bales of hay, a tanker of water and five hampers to be distributed to drought stricken farmers in the central west of NSW.
The first prize will be acquisitive and Belle Property will donate all proceeds from the sale of the winning painting to the charity.
The first prize winner will receive $4000 and second prize will get $2000.
This year's judge will be Amanda Penrose Hart.
Travelling is a key aspect to Amanda's work.
Amanda constantly explores a variety of landscapes from the bushy outback around her rural studio in Sofala to the craggy coastline of Sydney's Northern Beaches.
The community will have the opportunity to vote for the People's Choice award. The winning artist will receive $200 in prize money.
The exhibition will be held from August 3 to 11 at 10am to 4pm daily at Bowral Art Gallery.
The 2019 Belle Property Prize official opening night will be on August 2 at 6:30pm.
