President and long-time physie teacher Diane Gardiner said the pyjama day was one of many ways the club raised funds for its classes.
"We do little things like pajama days. It's really just some fun for the kids, that's what it's really about," she said.
The physie teacher said the club also offered an important social outlet to members.
"We've been having a good chat about things happening in club," she said.
"There are some people going through cancer and having issues at home. They can come to physie and they can form relationships that can be for life.
"Our association's motto is empowering women and girls."
