The cellar door is located in the PepperGreen antique building, Berrima.
As an ode to the history of the building, built by Carina and Robert Cox, the classic architectural features have been highlighted and the original character of the building left intact.
The cellar door will display a range of wine, extra virgin olive oil, olives and merchandise curated specifically for the brand.
In early 2013 Hank and Katrina fell in love with the Southern Highlands and decided to make the region their forever home.
Not only did they love the country charm and the welcoming attitude of the local community, they also loved the area for its farming landscape and the endless possibilities for a sustainable business.
PepperGreen Estate is the mother brand for a 100 acre winery and a 100 acre olive grove located in the cool climate area of Canyonleigh.
The team pride themselves on producing the finest grapes and olives.
The vineyard and olive grove is nestled in the undulating slopes of Canyonleigh, an area known for rugged terrain enriched with rocky sandy soil and a clay base that is the perfect combination for producing a cool climate crop year in and year out.
PepperGreen Estate's Cellar Door and Tasting Room is located at 13 Market Place in Berrima.
