A four-wheel drive had rolled and landed on its side in the middle of the highway, and affected traffic in both directions.
Emergency services worked for about an hour from 5pm to clear the crash.
One person was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
A Burrawang Rural Fire Brigade crew made the scene safe, dealt with a minor fuel spill and provided fire protection until the vehicle was recovered and removed by the tow truck operator.
The highway was closed by NSW Police until the work was complete.
