Faux fur, pinched waists and lavish, rolled hair-dos were the order of the night as audience members arrived for the Ladies in Black Vintage dress up evening.
Such splendour was not confined to the ladies, with several families choosing to don their very best 1950s garb.
Cast member Tracey Adams, who plays Mrs. Crown, was supported by her family who dressed up for the occasion.
Vintage fashion expert Gillian Herne, owner of Twisting Vintage, judged the best dressed audience members and presented them with vouchers for her beautiful shop, located directly opposite the play house.
The Ladies in Black season is sold out but the Highlands Theatre Group is already working on their next fabulous musical production, Anne of Green Gables, with auditions scheduled for July 13.
