Artist Denise Faulkner will exhibit her delightful water colours at the Milk Factory Pop up Gallery in time to celebrate Easter in the Southern Highlands.The artist completed a Diploma of Fine Arts at the National Art School in Darlinghurst in 1996, and then a degree from the same college a few years later. The exhibition Denise Faulkner - New and Recent Works will run from Saturday, April 20 until Monday, May 13.
Upper Argyle Easter egg hunt
April 12 - 20 at the Vintage Toy Box, Moss Vale
The Vintage toy box is running an upper Argyle Easter egg hunt in the lead up to Easter. Answer all the clues on the entry form from each participating business to go in to the draw to win a pack of Easter goodies. Entries close on April 20 at 3:30 pm. To participate, visit The Vintage Toy Box to pick up a form. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must be present when the raffle is drawn. Easter music in the vines
April 21, 1 pm - 4pm at Joadja Estate
Joadja Estate will be open on Easter Sunday for an afternoon of sensational music, hand-crafted wines and delicious wood-fired pizzas. Local band Black Dogs will also be on hand to entertain the crowd with their blend of blues and rock 'n' roll. They're sure to have you singing and dancing among the vines. Get down to Joadja Estate for some afternoon family fun at Greenhills Rd , Joadja Rd, High Range.
Burrawang Easter Markets
April 20, 8 am - 3 pm, Church street, Burrawang.
The Burrawang Easter markets are back again. The village of Burrawang will be buzzing on Easter Saturday as the streets will be transformed in to a marketplace. There will be over 160 stalls on the day with a range of products such as local wares, produce, arts crafts and more. There are also rides for the kids in the grounds of Burrawang Public School. Entry to the markets is via the Church Street turnoff from the Illawarra Highway.
Bundanoon Makers Market
April 21, 8:30 am - 2 pm at the Soldiers Memorial Hall, Bundanoon.
Bundanoon makers market is on every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month and features a wide range of products. There will be plenty to choose from at the Bundanoon market with Lebanese take home meals, Hot Indian dishes, Japanese Pancakes and fresh bread to satisfy any appetite as well as an abundance of fresh vegetables, bread and eggs.
