Do you seek a cultural experience that exceeds the expectations of your everyday sausage snag?
Perhaps a trip to the established, and favourite, Southern Highlands International Festival hosted by St Paul's College could be the break that you need.
Food from a multitude of cultures will be on sale at the College in a street-market style setting.
The food is to be prepared by students using traditional, authentic recipes.
In keeping with the theme, students will serve out the food in traditional costume and accompanying stall decorations. This is but one of the many colourful spectacles to be enjoyed by the family.
Come down to the College hall for the free student-led concert, showcasing a variety of modern and traditional items including song, dance, drama and music.
The International Festival will take place on May 10 with food stalls from 5pm - 7pm and the free concert between 7pm - 8pm at St Paul's International College, 463 Argyle St, Moss Vale.
