A Moss Vale woman wants to help make this journey easier for survivors.
Trudy Thorpe was diagnosed with breast cancer in late 2017 and hadn't previously thought about her need for a wig, scarf or cap for hair loss during treatment.
When Trudy needed them, she found that she was unprepared and unsure where to go.
She quickly found out there were limited options in the Highlands and she had to travel to Sydney while she felt unwell to find what she needed.
After this experience, Trudy decided to take matters into her own hands and start a small business to assist women in the same situation she was in.
"This is just to save people the anguish I went through of the travel," she said.
It means the world, you can get back out in the world and feel like you're back to your routine.

Through this, TuTus Wigs and Accessories was born. The service offers a range of items including wigs, scarves and turbans.
There is also a special baseball cap with a bob attached to it, to allow women to go out for a run or to the supermarket without the need to put on a wig and style it.
Trudy said being able to put on a wig, scarf or cap made all the difference.
"It means the world, you can get back out in the world and feel like you're back to your routine," she said.
"Some people don't tell others they have cancer. To get on with life, if you feel like your normal self, you get back into your routine."
Services are by appointment only and offered in a private and confidential environment.
There is room in the salon for support people and there is plenty of room for fun.
The service is also good for people living with alopecia and other hair loss conditions.
Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women, with more than 19,000 cases a year.
