Chefs, Eon Waugh and Palasis Cooney, are set to impress with Asian-influenced meals inspired by the food they love to eat and street-food they encountered on their travels.
The traditional recipes have been sourced from dining memories and guidance from family and friends.
The menu will change weekly and feature seasonal dishes and vegan options.
Guests will have the option to dine outside or in the air-conditioned dining room.
Brunch will be held at the Bundanoon Guest House, every Sunday from 11am.
