The Rhythm of Life festival will focus on teaching families of all cultures to embrace a healthy life, in mind, body and spirit.
Local practitioners and individuals who embrace the pursuit of wellness will be brought together to share their knowledge.
An exhibition which will feature Indian and Asian art, textiles and artefacts will be on show at the Retford Park Gallery.
Highlights of the event will include a talk on the four keys to a resilient life, naturopathy, cooking demonstrations, yoga sessions and the opportunity to explore horse therapy.
A night of dance and music will also be held. The night will feature Ganga Karen Ashworth and Padma Menon.
The Rhythm of Life festival will be held at Retford Park from 10pm - 4pm, March 9 - 10.
The night of dance and music commences 5pm March 9.
Entry fee to be paid upon arrival is $20 per adult, $15 concession/member and $40 per family.
