Variety the children's charity will benefit from the annual floral event this year.
The charity was endorsed as partner by Wingecarribee Shire councillors at the council meeting on February 13.
The 2018 festival performed better financially than the previous year, with a profit of $110,473.19.
This funds will be transferred to council's Tulip Time Festival reserve.
This year's festival will be held at Corbett Gardens from Tuesday, September 24 to Monday, October 7.
The theme of the 2019 festival will be Mary Poppins, in recognition of the fact that Bowral is the home of Mary Poppins.
The event will also celebrate 85 years since the publication of the first Mary Poppins book and coincide with the recently-released Mary Poppins film.
