An Independent Planning Commission (IPC) hearing for the proposed Hume Coal and Berrima Railway projects will run over two days this week.
The hearing will be held at Moss Vale Services Club from 10am on Tuesday, February 27 and Wednesday, February 28.
More than 70 speakers have registered to speak about the projects, including those who support and oppose to the projects.
While the opportunity to apply to speak has now closed, members of the public are still free to make written submissions to the IPC until March 6.
Members of the public are also allowed to attend the hearing over the two days and watch the proceedings.
