Construction work began on two buildings at the school in November 2017, and the college was given access to the spaces in December 2018.

The multi-purpose hall and the refurbished, extended performing arts centre will provide state-of-the-art features for future generations of school children.

The facilities will also be available for community groups to book.

Principal Chris McDermott said the school added to the facilities on offer in the Highlands.

“Our interest is to have something for our own kids and to give back to the community,” he said.
